The DL Windows Ltd Order Process


  1. Once you make an enquiry, our sales team will make an appointment at a convenient time to suit you. Whilst at this initial visit our salesmen can give you an indication of price, this will be followed up with a detailed written quotation.
  2. If you decide to proceed with your order, you will be revisited to check all the details and explain the order process and payment terms.
  3. You will receive a letter with contact details of our dedicated team.
  4. Once we have a delivery of your product from our suppliers, our installation manager will contact you to arrange a convenient day for installation.
  5. Upon completion of your installation, you will be contacted by our customer service representative to ensure you are fully satisfied with your installation and request any feedback.
  6. We will register your installation with Fensa and upon the payment of your account, we will issue you with your guarantee paperwork. Fensa certificates are posted to you directly and normally take 4-6 weeks to arrive.
